On Tuesday 29 September 2020, 1cloud's 4G mobile services, will have the voicemail service upgraded to allow double the storage capacity, among other benefits. This upgrade will result in a short disruption to your voicemail service. To ensure impacts are minimal, the timing of this upgrade will be limited to occur only during off-peak hours, between 11pm to 7am.
Telstra will send an SMS both before the upgrade happens and after the upgrade is complete. This will include the details needed, plus how to access your old voicemail service with the temporary access code.
Please take note of the following points: - You will need to set up a new voicemail service with a new PIN and greeting once the upgrade is complete.
- All played, unplayed and saved voicemail messages from the service prior to the upgrade can be accessed using a temporary access code. The temporary access code will give you access to your old voicemail service for up to 8 weeks after the upgrade is complete.
